Rainbow Trout

With blue sky at our house, I told Luke we could go fishing. By the time we got to the pond on base, it was raining, but we fished anyway. I have heard they bite better in the rain anyway. We ended up catching two trout and having lots of bites. I took more fish off of hooks today than I ever have in my life. Luke loved watching the bobbers go under and was so excited about the fish. Sarah is terrified of the fish so she cried. Both fish swam away when we released them.

We saw a rainbow on the way home.

Cool fish, Luke. Oma loves to watch the bobbbers go up and down also that is one of my favorite reasons for going fishing. I cannot wait to go fishing with you when we come for a visit.
